Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed
- Unaltered, undamaged
- Returned with original tags and packaging
Return Shipping
Returns are not free. We can arrange collection via our courier (cost deducted from your refund) or invoice you separately.
COD fees and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Costs:
- UAE: AED 30
- Saudi Arabia: SAR 50
- GCC: AED 80
- International: Cost varies by location
You may also return items using your own courier—please contact us in advance.
Refund Timeline
Returns are processed within 2–3 weeks from collection. Once approved, refunds may take 2–5 working days to appear in your account. You’ll receive email confirmation once completed.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email hello@tairadubai.com with your order number or message us on Instagram, and our team will assist you.
Delivery
Orders are shipped via airfreight with delivery in 3–5 working days, depending on location. A signature is required upon delivery. Delays caused by weather, holidays, or customs are beyond our control.
Customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Free delivery on all orders over AED 400 within the UAE & GCC.

- AED 30 — Standard (2–3 working days)
Dubai
- AED 50 — Express (same day for orders before 5pm)
Sharjah
- AED 80 — Express (same day for orders before 5pm)
GCC
- AED 30 — Standard (7–9 working days)
- AED 50 — Express (3–4 working days)

- USD 50 — Standard (5–9 working days)
